AN ECLECTIC APPROACH

Not all life situations are approached with the same resolution plan.  We need to take into consideration many factors that can affect our strategies.  The same goes for psychotherapy.  There are many options to intervention and we all don't respond identically to the same therapy.  An integrative approach to solution oriented therapy seems to make more sense, since there is so much out there, and there is something good in all that's available.  Some of the types of therapy I use are listed below.  Sometimes I use one discipline or a mixture of therapies.  It depends on what we are working on.
